Corporate Name Change to Compendia
Compendia’s
suite of turnkey solutions used by twelve of
the nation’s top fifteen homebuilders

11, 2008 (SAN DIEGO, CA) – Master
Manuals, a national leader in document and information
management solutions for the homebuilding industry
since 1999, is proud to announce it has changed
its corporate name to Compendia to better communicate
the company’s focus and commitment to
emerging technological trends in the homebuilding
industry. The name change also reflects an evolution
of technological offerings, providing homebuilders
and homeowners with a more accurate description
of the comprehensive services and solutions
Compendia provides.

to more accurately reflect what we do and the

With the recent introduction of Master Archives
and Home Experience, Compendia is set to continue
the explosive growth it experienced in 2007,
when, according to Fabry, it delivered more
products to more builders in more areas of the
country than ever before. This record growth
was the catalyst to expand its national headquarters
from a 7,000-square-foot office to an 18,000-square-foot
facility in San Diego. In an industry that is
experiencing a downturn, Compendia has managed
to buck the trend and continue to successfully
grow its business.
While maintaining its rapid growth, Compendia
has also continued to provide the high level
of customer service its clients expect. A recent
customer satisfaction survey commissioned by
Compendia indicated a 93.5 percent customer
satisfaction rating.
