AUSTONIAN
IS COMPENDIA'S 60TH HIGH RISE PROJECT
56-story luxury "green"
residence

2010 (San Diego, CA) –It
towers over the Texas capital like gleaming
beacon. It is the tallest residential building
in Texas and the luxurious and regal Austonian
is Compendia's 60th high rise project since
2007.
The
Austonian, developed and built by Benchmark
Development, chose Compendia's suite of products
including the "green" Master Manuals
Homeowner Maintenance Guides, the Manufactured
Product Warranty Guides and the Condo Association
Maintenance Reference for High Rises. The 56-story,
178-unit Austonian is a LEED gold equivalent
project.

we are trying to provide residents of The Austonian,"
said Robert Albanese, The Austonian's construction
manager, "A high-end, professional suite
of services that offer all the information our
residents and property management team need
to enhance quality of life."
One
of the distinguishing factors of the Austonian's
deliverable is that the maintenance information
is specifically written for "green"
high rise residential living and particularly
for the central Texas climate. It also includes
information on the unique amenities the Austonian
offers residents such as a state of the art
fitness center, media room, cabana, game room,
homeowner web-enabled touch screen controls,
wine vault and more.

so soon," said Compendia CEO Steve Fabry
upon reaching the 60th high rise project. "I

project like the Austonian finds great value.
The
Austonian is among several high-profile high-rise
projects across the country Compendia has provided
service. Others include the Bellevue Towers
in Seattle, Spire in Denver, The Mark in San
Diego, Waterfront Square in Philadelphia, MGM
Grand and Turnberry Place in Las Vegas, 1010
Midtown in Atlanta and The 88 in San Francisco.
Several of these projects had green and other
unique requirements.

environments are essentially entire communities

The
Austonian is located at Congress Ave and West
2nd Street in downtown Austin bordered by the
Texas State Capitol and Lady Bird Lake. It is
scheduled to welcome its first tenants this
summer.
