PRESS ROOM
Fabry
to speak at BIExpo in South Carolina
January 3, 2007
(SAN DIEGO, CA) Master
Manuals CEO Steve Fabry will be delivering a continuing education
presentation on risk management and customer satisfaction at the
inaugural Builders Industry Expo in Myrtle Beach South Carolina on January 13th..
The session entitled: To The Moon: Customer Satisfaction
Programs that Build Repeat Business and Reduce Risk teaches
attendees how customer satisfaction programs can positively impact
risk management issues and generate greater repeat and referral
sales.
According to Fabry, a recognized expert in both the risk management
and customer satisfaction fields, too often, the only time you hear
from existing customers is when there’s a problem. And in
the homebuilding industry, most of those issues concern the maintenance
and/or the warranty for components in their home.
"Until
now, many builders approach risk management and customer satisfaction
as two diametrically opposed initiatives. However, to achieve unparalleled
success, builders must find ways that not only reduce operating
expenses through careful risk management but find ways to integrate
a philosophy of customer-centric thinking that builds unique value
and positive brand promotion." Fabry said.
The
hourlong session from 1pm-2pm on January 13th at
the Myrtle Beach Convention Center will:
•
Share the Top Ten Customer Strategies that also reduce risk
•
Provide an understanding of how CDL can affect the overall landscape
of your business.
•
Help builders master the art of setting expectations and set your
company up for continued success in a cooling market.
