Q. How do I apply for a position with Compendia?
A. You are
considered a candidate for employment with Compendia
once you have completed our employment application form.
To submit a resume, search our job postings in which you
are interested and click on "Apply".
Q.Should
I expect a response when I submit my resume to an online
job posting?
A.Once you
have submitted an online resume using a valid e-mail account,
you will receive a notification that your resume has been
successfully received.
Q. What is your interview process?
A. If you
are called to come in for an interview, in most cases,
you will meet with a representative from the Human Resources
Department. If all goes well, you can anticipate meeting
with several other individuals before a decision to hire
is made. This may require more than one visit. Of course,
a pre-employment drug test is required, and your references
and background will be checked once an offer of employment
has been made.
Q. I submitted my resume a few days ago, how will
it take before an interview is scheduled?
A. Should
a currently available position match well with your qualifications,
you may be contacted to schedule an interview. Also, your
resume will be kept in our database for 2 years, for our
recruiters to access for future opportunities.
