DATABASE PROGRAMMER

We are seeking a Database Programmer with a proven track record to assist in our automation and data management goals. The appropriate candidate will be required to have previously honed their skills with applications integration, database application development, data analysis, and the ability to provide data presentations in a variety of formats in a Microsoft operating environment.

Primary Responsibilities
• Integrating varied major applications for data processing and display
• Automating application processes through scripting and vendor specific API calls
• Creating Web based interfaces to applications and reports
• Design/Implement database objects: tables, indexes, triggers and stored procedures
• Insure the quality and integrity of content within databases
• Establish, implement and enforce data standards and development methodologies
• Optimize database and application performance
• Utilize secure and industry standard practices in all designs and implementation

Requirements include proficiency with:
• Advanced SQL query and development skills.
• Microsoft Excel, Access, and other desktop application development with VBA.
• Software Development with Visual Studio using more than one language(C++, VB, J+)
• Database driven Web application development
• Data Reporting tools
• Fluency in relational database management concepts and warehouse principles and optimization

Required Qualifications
• Bachelor's of Science degree or equivalent experience
• 7+ years experience in information systems in a commercial environment
• 5+ years focused experience with relational database management systems
• 6+ years software development on major applications or commercial software
• 4+ years current experience with Microsoft SQL Server and Transact-SQL
• High proficiency and fluency in relational database management concepts
• Experience with Data Transformation Service and other advanced data management tools
• Very strong written and verbal communication skills

Desired Experience with:
• Accounting Systems (Great Plains, MAS, QuickBooks)
• CRM Systems (Microsoft CRM, Salesforce.com, SalesLogix, Pivotal)
• Document Management Systems (Fortis, Documentum, Open Text, IMS)
• Reporting Tools (Crystal Reports, Cognos, FRx)
• Microsoft SQL Server Analysis Services and Reporting Services

Distinguishing Qualifications
• Programming experience with .NET technologies VB.NET / ASP.NET
• MCDBA certification

Senior Web/Digital Manager

This person is responsible for developing comprehensive measurement programs that deliver meaningful metrics and actionable insights. The outputs of company's analytics programs will demonstrate the value of the company’s digital investments, inform the optimization of the digital strategy, and measure the digital impact to company's revenue results.

Principle Duties:

• Primary manager and contact for web and electronic vendor projects. Will drive the current web update project internally and with our web vendor. Responsible for deadlines and budget.
• Responsible for online and digital marketing programs being in concert with the company and strategic standards and claim substantiation.
• Tracks all web and electronic activity, reports findings and provides solutions for improved performance and use. Responsible for building lead generation from all of our sites.
• Manages SEO and analytics.
• Maintains a strong technical understanding of the latest technologies and applications available.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Required:

• 5-8 years experience in Web design/development, and digital media
• Minimum of 3 years in a Project Management role
• Degree in Computer Sciences, Web/graphic Design, Marketing, etc. preferred
• Proven track record of producing results-generating websites and electronic projects; real estate or homebuilding industry experience a plus.
• Strong technical understanding of the Web, Web development and design, and electronic media. Experience in web/software development. Hands on skills and abilities to perform coding, proofs and edits.
• SEO expertise. Knowledge of social media.
